Initial Photography Course – Intensive 2026

This course combines technique, creativity, and immersive fieldwork to ensure progress from day one. Focused strictly on camera handling, it is designed for those who want to stop using automatic mode and learn the essential operation of their camera in a single day—completed in half the time of our standard initial course.

If you are looking for an option tailored exclusively to your needs, a 100% customized INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE is also available.

Course Fee: €60

Mastering Manual Control of Light: Learn to manage exposure, ISO, and color temperature independently to override the device’s automated algorithms and consciously dictate the final rendering of the image.
Optimizing Optics and Motion: Utilize the smartphone’s native lenses and shutter speed correctly to command focus, sharpness, and the narrative of movement (whether freezing time or panning).
Structuring the Frame Through Geometry: Apply visual tools and compositional guidelines to organize elements in real-time, bringing structural order and semantic hierarchy to the final capture.

Martín Murcia Crescini, who holds a master’s degree in photography from the University of Valencia and a master’s degree in contemporary photography from the European Institute of Design, has more than 30 years of experience in the practice and teaching of photography and visual language.

All of our beginner courses start from scratch, so you don’t need to know anything about photography—but you will need a lot of enthusiasm and excitement to take the course.
