PROIA INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS will process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy, which will be kept up to date, reviewed on an ongoing basis, and always available to users.
Unless otherwise indicated, PROIA INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS is the controller of your personal data (“data controller” as defined by applicable data protection laws).
In certain cases, for the purposes of the efficient operation and management of our business, PROIA INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS jointly determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (joint data controllers).

FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS DATA?
We may process your personal data for the following purposes
Request for Information: To provide personalized information about the various scheduled courses and their respective formats, or about any other type of training available in our training catalog.
Contact: The email address or phone number provided for contact purposes will be used to effectively respond to the questions raised. The use of instant messaging applications will not involve the processing of the phone numbers of their owners. When contact is made through our contact centers, some conversations may be recorded, solely for the purpose of tracking the interaction and the corresponding enrollment or registration process.
Training Activities: Once the enrollment and registration process is complete—for which you must provide identification and payment information—the data will be processed for the corresponding administrative and academic procedures, including: (i) issuance of credentials for the Virtual Campus; (ii) delivery of training sessions; (iii) administration of tests and exams; and (iv) awarding of degrees and/or certificates.
Newsletters: The email address—which must be verified by the user—or the phone number will be used to send the aforementioned electronic communications, in accordance with the user’s interests.
Promotional/Participatory Activities: When you participate in any of our promotional activities, we will process the data you provide in accordance with the specific terms of each activity, for the purpose of managing and facilitating your access to and participation in the activity. If necessary, the corresponding terms and conditions or legal provisions will be published, and in those specific cases, more detailed information regarding the processing of personal data will be provided.
Careers: Resumes submitted will be used in current and future recruitment processes; however, the recruitment departments reserve the right to directly delete the information provided.
WHAT TYPES OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?
The data subject to processing will vary depending on the different sections or services made available to the user and used by the user, as well as on any additional processing permitted or authorized by the user.
Data obtained from the user: This refers to the data provided by the user when filling out the forms provided, including registration and enrollment information for the selected training program, as well as when subscribing to our bulletins, newsletters, campaigns, or promotions. This data includes identifying and contact information, such as first and last names and email address, as well as financial and payment information. Each form will indicate which fields are required and which are optional.
Data not provided by the user: While browsing, data such as that sent by the browser, the IP address assigned by your provider, or information about the device used may be collected.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Depending on the processing activities carried out, we provide below the legal basis for each one:
Consent: Consent will be duly obtained for subscribing to our newsletters and updates, as well as for providing timely responses to all questions or inquiries raised by Users. Consent is always revocable and may be withdrawn at any time. However, if consent is withdrawn, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent of one another; therefore, one may be revoked without affecting the others.
Fulfillment of a contract: The contract signed between the student (or, where applicable, the payer) and PROIA COMUNICACIONES INTEGRADAS, which is responsible for delivering the training, in any of its available formats (courses, etc.).
TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA DISCLOSED?
To fulfill the other purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, we may rely on third parties, such as technology service providers, customer service providers, and marketing and advertising service providers.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not disclose the personal information provided to us to third parties, except when disclosure is required by applicable law, by court order, or by a competent authority, as well as when we must disclose data that is essential for the logical provision of the service, or when expressly requested with the User’s consent.
We do not currently plan to carry out international data transfers outside the European Union.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Under certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data or object to such processing; in such cases, we will retain the data solely for the purpose of asserting or defending legal claims.
