These terms and conditions govern the use of the Website as made available by the Owner to users. They may be modified without prior notice; therefore, users are advised to review them periodically, especially when intending to make effective use of products and/or services.
Terms of Access and Use
Access to the website is free and confers the status of “User” on anyone who accesses it; such users may view the content or even contact the website administrators.
The User must therefore read, understand, and accept these Terms of Use before browsing the website and/or using its services, which will constitute the User’s express acceptance of and agreement to these Terms of Use under the terms and conditions set forth below:
Commitment to the responsible use of resources, in strict compliance with applicable law, and with respect for good customs and “netiquette”—that is, the set of general rules of conduct on the Internet.
The User shall accept the terms and conditions or rules of participation for a specific service or resource when such acceptance is required, which will be explicitly requested where applicable.

All these elements, in addition to the publications included, are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property laws.
Any reproduction, adaptation, modification, or public communication of all or part of the Website’s content, carried out in any form or by any means—whether mechanical, manual, or otherwise—is prohibited without the Owner’s express authorization.
Any link to the Website must direct to the “home” page; deep linking or links to content other than the aforementioned are prohibited. Similarly, the use of frames is prohibited.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may apply, except in cases where the jurisdiction corresponds to the consumer’s place of residence.

The courses offered by this center do not lead to the award of an officially recognized degree.
